Modular Data Center Manufacturing Build the Infrastructure Powering the Future of Data Centers Ready to step into high-growth, modern manufacturing? We are hiring sharp, detail-oriented Electrical Assemblers to assemble the core electrical infrastructure inside modular data center units. In this role, you'll work hands-on with heavy power distribution systems, precise cable runs, and high-spec rack setups that drive modern cloud computing and tech operations. Whether your background is in panel shop assembly, automotive wiring, HVAC, industrial maintenance, aerospace, construction, or military tech—if you take pride in tight wire management and flawless builds, we want to talk to you.What You'll Do System Integration:
Wire, harness, and integrate critical electrical components, power distribution units (PDUs), breaker panels, and server rack systems from ground up.Blueprint Precision:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical blueprints, and technical build specs.Tool Operation:
Utilize precision hand tools, electric drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and calibrated torque wrenches to securely route and land wiring.Quality & Testing:
Conduct visual and functional checks on completed assemblies, ensure proper grounding/torque specs, and flag any quality deviations immediately.Documentation & Compliance:
Track daily build metrics via production management software, maintain strict 5S shop floor standards, and follow ESD/safety protocols.What We're Looking For Experience:
1+ years of hands-on electrical assembly, panel wiring, mechanical integration, or industrial manufacturing experience.Technical Literacy:
Proven ability to read and assemble from electrical schematics, point-to-point wire lists, or mechanical drawings.Mechanical Aptitude:
High comfort level operating standard power tools, wire crimpers, and torque tools with high accuracy.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.Reliability:
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to support 1st or 2nd shift (including 10-hour days). Bonus Qualifications (Standout Skills) Experience with control panels, cable harnesses, breaker box builds, or server rack installations. Familiarity withIPC-610 / IPC-620
soldering/crimping standards or ESD-protected environments. Background in HVAC electrical, automotive wiring, aerospace production, or military maintenance.
