Job Description

•Pay scale depends on experience• Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components and finished products with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality products that meet strict specifications and customer expectations. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction of products. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to verify dimensions and quality standards throughout the assembly process. Operate machining, welding, soldering, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to meet production specifications. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of assembly to detect defects or deviations from specifications; document findings accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards; assist in inventory management within the warehouse or manufacturing floor. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements or efficiencies in assembly procedures. Experience Proven experience working with manufacturing or assembly environments, preferably within electronics, mechanical systems, or related fields. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, technical drawings, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of warehouse operations or forklift operation is a plus but not required. Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Prior experience in using precision measuring instruments and working with manufacturing standards is highly desirable.
