Full-Time Position Summary The Assembler I (Assembly Specialist) is responsible for assembling components according to product specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts and components according to product specifications and procedures Read and interpret work documents, bills of materials, and assembly procedures Conduct product tests and calibrations to ensure all components meet tolerances, specifications, and quality standards Repair or refit parts or units that fail testing or fall outside tolerance levels Identify, document, and report non-conformities Inspect work results to confirm compliance with specifications Package and over-pack products as needed Assist with cycle counting and physical inventories Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area while following all safety procedures Promote teamwork by offering support and sharing knowledge with co-workers Adapt positively to varying assignments and assist in other duties as assigned Willingness to work overtime as requested Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 0-1 year of assembly experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged) Basic computer skills required Ability to read and comprehend procedures, documentation, and work instructions in English Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing tools Ability to identify, form, and install various components Knowledge of blueprints/schematics is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Demands Regularly lift up to 25 lbs , occasionally up to 65 lbs Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required Core Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Adaptability and flexibility Teamwork and collaboration Customer focus and quality orientation 10160170 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.GET JOB ALERTS
