Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator I (Assembler) to join our manufacturing team in Mansfield, MA. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, machining, or assembly. The successful candidate will operate various computer-controlled manufacturing equipment, perform inspections and measurements, maintain accurate production records, and follow established SOPs, GMP, ISO, and FDA requirements. Biotech, biology, or chemistry experience is NOT required. Manufacturing and machine operation experience is more important for this position. Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing and computer-controlled equipment. Work with equipment such as lathes, grinders, honing equipment, and automated parts washers. Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured components. Perform basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. Use measurement tools and gauges to verify product specifications. Complete First Article inspections as required. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Accurately record production, quality inspection, and training information. Enter required information into manufacturing systems and documentation. Follow all company, safety, environmental, ISO, and FDA requirements. Complete required training. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Maintain consistent quality, productivity, and dependability. Work Environment This position is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Employees will be required to wear appropriate cleanroom gowning and PPE. The position requires standing and/or walking for more than 80% of the workday. Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or
GED. 0-3
years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field. Basic mechanical and computer skills. Basic math skills, including working with decimals and percentages. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Pay:
