Summary:

This role supports control cabinet wiring and assembly for high-voltage equipment by crimping, terminating, and routing wires inside production cabinets. The work is hands-on, detail-focused electrical assembly using connectors, crimpers, 14-18 gauge wiring, and documented wiring practices. Requirements Experience using crimping tools and terminating wires in an assembly, electrical panel, control cabinet, harness, or related production environment. Working knowledge of connectors, wire routing, and basic shop practices for 14-18 gauge wiring. Ability to follow work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, or production documentation accurately. Responsibilities Crimp, terminate, and route wires inside control cabinets according to work instructions and production standards. Run cabinet wiring and connect components using proper connector, labeling, and routing practices. Inspect completed wiring work for correct placement, secure terminations, and clean cabinet organization before handoff. Important Notes This role is fully onsite near Norwood, MA on a Monday-Friday day shift, typically starting at 6:00 a.m. and ending around 3:30-4:00 p.m. This is a production wiring and assembly role focused on control cabinet work, not an electrical apprenticeship or licensed electrician sponsorship path. Training is provided on company-specific crimping methods and equipment, but candidates should already be comfortable with basic crimping and wire termination work.

GRPA Pay:
