Savvy Staffing Solutions, LLC - 3.8 Westborough, MA Job Details Temp-to-hire | Full-time $19 - $26 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical assembly Collaboration Computer literacy Attention to detail Quality inspection Manufacturing Full Job Description EM Assembler I, II & III- Westborough, MA Savvy Staffing is currently hiring motivated and detail-oriented candidates for EM Assembler I, II, and III positions. These roles are responsible for performing electronic and electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components following work instructions, blueprints, and schematics Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and efficiently Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting as needed Maintain accuracy and quality standards throughout the assembly process Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and production staff Support training and mentoring of new employees for higher-level positions Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Basic computer skills preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, or IPC standards is a plus for Level II and III positions Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills preferred for Level III Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Overtime available based on production needs
Pay:
$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
