We're hiring Electrical Panel Builders / Panel Wirers for a growing advanced manufacturing operation in Westborough. You'll build and wire electrical control panels, power distribution boxes, and electro-mechanical assemblies used in sophisticated equipment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Assembler, Panel Builder, Panel Wirer, Electro-Mechanical Assembler, Controls Assembler, or Electrical Technician looking for steady 1st-shift work and the opportunity to expand their skills. What You'll Do Build and wire electrical control panels and electrical boxes Perform point-to-point wiring Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and route wire Install components, terminal blocks, connectors, and wiring into enclosures Integrate electrical panels with chassis, power supplies, cables, and subassemblies Use crimpers, wire strippers, hand tools, and power tools Inspect completed wiring for accuracy and workmanship Work with Engineering and Quality when questions or build issues arise What We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you have experience with: Electrical panel wiring Control panel assembly Point-to-point wiring Electrical or electro-mechanical assembly Wire stripping and crimping Terminals and connectors Reading electrical schematics Wiring diagrams Cable routing and termination Hand and power tools Previous control-panel manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We will also consider candidates with strong transferable electrical experience from industrial electrical, HVAC controls, automotive electrical, equipment wiring, machine building, maintenance, military, or technical-school environments .
