Job Title:
Production Assembly Technician II (Full-Time)
Location:
Westborough Ma Pay:
$22-$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift Production Assembly Technician Are you someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working hands-on with mechanical and electrical components? We are looking for detail-oriented manufacturing professionals who take pride in quality work and enjoy being part of a collaborative production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing environment where your technical assembly skills and problem-solving abilities will be valued and developed. What You'll Be Doing Assemble electro-mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components and systems Perform electrical panel assembly and point-to-point wiring Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) Route cables, install wiring harnesses, and integrate components into final assemblies Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues as needed Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers to complete precision work Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and quality standards Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful builds What We're Looking For Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing production (Required) Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Complex wire routing or large wire run list builds Capital equipment or large machine assembly Clean room or regulated manufacturing environments Why This Opportunity?
