We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Assembler III to join a growing advanced manufacturing team supporting cutting-edge equipment builds in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical assemblies where your technical skills and attention to detail will make a direct impact. What You'll Be Doing Build and assemble complex electrical and mechanical systems Perform point-to-point wiring and panel assembly Read and work from: Wiring diagrams Assembly drawings Bills of materials (BOMs) Written work instructions
Assemble:
Electrical panels and electrical boxes Pneumatic assemblies Mechanical subassemblies Chassis and cable systems Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and functional testing Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers Support integration of large capital equipment systems Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams Assist with training and knowledge transfer on new product builds
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Electrical assembly experience Mechanical assembly experience Electrical panel assembly Point-to-point wiring Reading wiring diagrams and assembly drawings Working from Bills of Materials (BOMs) Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Troubleshooting electrical or mechanical assemblies Experience using calipers and micrometers Ability to follow detailed written manufacturing procedures Strong attention to detail and quality standards
HIGHLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Pneumatic assembly experience Hydraulic system assembly experience Capital equipment assembly Large wire run list experience Cable integration and wiring harness work Functional testing and calibration Clean room manufacturing experience Biomedical device assembly experience Technical school or vocational training What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and reliability Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a light industrial manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
