Certification Soldering tools Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Electrical assembly Manufacturing Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electronics Soldering Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hand soldering experience, particularly with wire and through-hole soldering, who can also assist with light assembly work in a fast-paced production environment. The primary focus of this position is precision soldering and touch-up work using metal soldering stations. Candidates should be comfortable performing solder touch-ups, hand soldering, and working with electronic components while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform hand soldering and solder touch-up work on electronic assemblies Work with wire and through-hole soldering applications Use soldering stations and related production equipment Complete light assembly work as needed Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy Follow IPC/J-Standard guidelines and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications:
Strong experience with hand soldering and touch-up work required Experience with wire and through-hole soldering strongly preferred IPC Certification, J-Standard certification, or expired certifications are a plus Ability to work with small components and detailed assembly work Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination Manufacturing or electronics assembly background preferred
Additional Information:
Training may take place on 1st shift for approximately two weeks Candidates with expired IPC certifications are encouraged to apply — recertification can be provided for the right person. #
WOR Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
