Electromechanical Assemblers & Assemblers Location:

Worcester, MA Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Pay Rates:

Electromechanical Assembler:

$18.00-$20.00/hour (DOE)

Assembler:

$17.50/hour Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join a production team assembling electromechanical products, including headsets and sub-assemblies. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong hand dexterity and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test electromechanical components using various tools and equipment Perform hand-soldering (Electromechanical Assembler role) Mount, connect, and secure parts and components to required specifications Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met Troubleshoot, repair, or rework products as needed Escalate assembly issues to the production supervisor when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment Follow all production processes and procedures

Qualifications Electromechanical Assembler:

Experience with hand soldering required (high-volume, non-precision preferred) Must pass a soldering assessment during the interview process Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred

Assembler:

Previous experience assembling or packing small parts preferred Strong attention to detail and consistency

General Requirements:
