In this role, you will assemble, solder, inspect, and test electronic and electromechanical components while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. This position is ideal for someone with strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and an interest in electronics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Assemble and solder electronic and electromechanical components using hand tools and soldering equipment. Follow assembly instructions, production procedures, and wiring diagrams to complete products accurately. Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications. Test completed assemblies and identify defects or inconsistencies. Communicate assembly or quality concerns to production leadership when necessary. Perform repair or rework on products as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Properly use and maintain hand tools, soldering equipment, and other production tools. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Qualifications Previous hand soldering experience or completion of soldering training is required. Ability to successfully complete an internal soldering certification. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components. Ability to read and follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, and basic wiring diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently under general supervision. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level candidates with soldering training are encouraged to apply. Technical or vocational training in electronics or manufacturing is a plus. #CNX100
