Electrical Assemblers (Entry-Level) - 4-Day Work Week Looking for a solid job where you can build, learn, and grow in Hanover, MD? We're hiring Electrical Assemblers to join a busy manufacturing team in Hanover, MD. This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with tools, wiring, and electrical components every day. As Electrical Assemblers you don't need years of experience—if you've got basic electrical knowledge, can use tools, and aren't afraid of hard work, we'll train the rest. Job Details for the

Monday-Thursday:
7AM-6PM
Pay:
$18-$21/hour (based on experience) Full-time, Temp-to-perm

Electrical Assemblers:
Build and assemble electrical panels, wire harnesses, and components Run wiring, install breakers, and connect parts Use hand and power tools every day Read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams Do basic testing (visual checks, using a multimeter) Keep your work clean, safe, and up to quality standards Job Requirements for the
Electrical Assemblers:
Some basic electrical knowledge (school, trade class, or hands-on) Comfortable using tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.) Able to read (or willing to learn) blueprints/schematics Show up on time and ready to work Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to Hanover High school diploma or GED Additional Benefits for the
