We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our electronics manufacturing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist in assembling electronic systems, handling wiring components, and supporting general lab operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning hands-on skills in the electronics field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and build-out of electronic systems. Use basic hand tools to perform wiring, crimping, and other assembly tasks. Learn and perform entry-level soldering under supervision if needed. Operate a wire cutting machine and crimping tools to prepare wiring components. Ensure all work is completed with a high level of attention to detail. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 35-40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail is essential. Ability to lift 35-40 pounds. Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn the use of hand tools for electronics. Interest in learning soldering techniques and basic electronics assembly. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully. Preferred Experience (not required): Previous experience in a lab or manufacturing setting. Familiarity with electronic components or soldering. IND1
