Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Technician to join our team. As a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing control panels used in various industrial applications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Duties:
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Assemble control panels according to specifications and wiring diagrams
  • Install and wire electrical components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers
  • Use hand tools and other equipment to complete panel assembly
  • Test control panels for functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure quality and efficiency in panel production
  • Maintain accurate documentation of panel assembly processes
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in control panel assembly or related field preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
  • Familiarity with electrical wiring techniques and components
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
