$22.00 - $29.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Technicians to join our clients' manufacturing teams. These roles involve precise soldering, component placement, and quality assurance to ensure the production of high-quality electronic assemblies. 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday in Rochester Hills 2ndShift:
4:00pm to 2:30am Monday-Thursday Soldering Duties Perform soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) using IPC 610 standards, ensuring high-quality connections. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot electronic assemblies. Use computers to maintain detailed documentation of work processes and inspection results for quality control purposes. Follow manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in soldering, PCB assembly, or related manufacturing roles. IPC certified preferred. Ability to pass a soldering test. Strong knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), schematics, IPC standards. Manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in electronics manufacturing environments. How toApply:
