Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Technical training in electrical assembly, electronics, construction trades, or a related field is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, automotive, or mechanical industries preferred. Experience running wires, installing sensors, routing conduit, and connecting cables. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of electrical prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work in a production environment. Candidates with electrical experience from construction, automotive, mechanical, or related trades are encouraged to apply. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials, tools, and components as needed. Manual dexterity to assemble electrical components and work with wiring and small parts. Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment. Job Duties Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications. Run wires, install sensors, route conduit, and connect cables to complete electrical assemblies. Read and interpret schematics, electrical prints, assembly drawings, and production instructions. Set up and organize workstations, tools, materials, and supplies for assembly operations. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper function, quality, and compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. Assist with additional assembly and production tasks as assigned.
