• Job Description
• We are seeking skilled
• Soldering Associates
• to support the assembly and inspection of printed circuit boards. This role involves component placement, polarity verification, and precision hand soldering of surface‑mount and through‑hole components while meeting high quality standards.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble circuit boards using electronic schematics and work instructions + Place components accurately and verify correct polarity before soldering + Hand solder
• SMT and through‑hole components
• + •Use microscopes to inspect solder joints for quality, cleanliness, and defects•+ •Ensure solder joints meet IPC quality standards (no bridges, cold joints, or contamination)•+ •Perform basic circuit board repair and rework as needed•Required Skills & Qualifications•+ Minimum •6 months of circuit board soldering experience•+ •Strong hand‑soldering skills; must be able to pass a soldering test•+ •Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610•and •J‑STD•standards + Experience with electronic assembly and PCB repair + Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and understand component polarity + Strong attention to detail and quality focus •Why Work Here?

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
