We're looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to join our growing team as we expand our capabilities and product offerings. What You'll Do Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using cut lists, schematics, and assembly drawings. Use automated equipment to measure, mark, cut, and strip wires according to wire lists. Crimp, strip, terminate, ultrasonic weld, label, and route wires to specifications. Build and wire electrical control enclosures and panels, including installation of terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, circuit breakers, switches, and other components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs). Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing using manual and automated equipment to ensure quality and proper assembly. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Identify and communicate assembly issues, material shortages, and drawing discrepancies. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed products for shipment. Participate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety. Perform other duties as assigned What will you need to be successful High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly, wire harness assembly, panel wiring, or related manufacturing work. Experience assembling UL508A control panels preferred. Experience using hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to read tape measures and follow detailed work instructions. Ability to read blueprints and schematics Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience with

IPC/WHMA-A-620

standards preferred. Ability to use multimeters and basic electrical test equipment preferred. Forklift or material-handling experience preferred. Good Problem-solving skills Good communication skills Want to know more about the job Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Overtime maybe required to support business needs. Potential for profit participation payout each quarter based on company profitability. Annual company contribution to your ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) retirement account.
