In these roles, you will bridge the gap between engineering concepts and real-world manufacturing.Your daily tasks will include:
Assembly & Innovation:
Build complex prototype units from the ground up using sketches, CAD drawings, and verbal instructions.Precision Testing:
Perform high-level testing on power supplies and components using standard and custom lab equipment.Durability Checks:
Conduct environmental stress screenings--including thermal, vibration, and vacuum tests--to ensure products can handle extreme conditions.Troubleshooting:
Analyze malfunctions in field returns and execute precision repairs.Process Improvement:
Collaborate with engineers to refine new test fixtures, assembly workflows, and manufacturing documentation.Production Support:
Assist with standard production to ensure delivery goals are met and act as a technical liaison for new products.What We're Looking For Education:
A high school diploma paired with relevant technical assembly experience. We also encourage new college graduates with technology-focused degrees to apply!Experience:
Depending on the level, we are looking for candidates ranging from 1-2 years of experience up to 4-6 years for senior operator roles.Technical Skills:
Deep experience with hand soldering, winding, wire stripping, and magnetic component assembly.Quality Mindset:
A strong desire to follow safety procedures and the ability to identify quality issues before they reach the customer.Adaptability:
The ability to work from minimal documentation and adjust to changes in standard practices when working on new designs. Bonus Points (Preferred) Experience soldering specifically on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). The ability to interpret 3D CAD drawings or complex technical diagrams. Experience in technical writing or drafting manufacturing instructions.
