M-Th, 5am-3:30pm OT as needed

K Position Summary:
Wire electrical panels and electrical components of remote stations for HVAC units according to job specifications.
Results Statement:
Produce quality electrical panels and remote stations safely, productively, and on time.
Position Responsibilities:
Technical:
Wire the electrical panels and remote stations for HVAC units according to job specifications, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality and personal safety. Keep Supervisor informed of problems, opportunities for improvement, questions, or comments related to topics such as work flow, equipment, procedures/work methods, safety, and employees. Recommend changes where appropriate. Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times. Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a neat and orderly fashion. Assist in implementation of changes in methods or procedures. Accurately track work hours by job and activity. Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needs.
Interpersonal:
Develop and maintain favorable working relationships with other employees to facilitate the flow of information and ideas for improvement. Seek out Senior or Lead on questions or ideas related to workflow, hindrances, projects, equipment shortages or problems, procedures, methods, safety, and general employment.
