$30.35 - $34.00 per hour

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Basic math skills required for measurements and product verification Experience Requirements 1-3 years of electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience interpreting wire lists, schematics, and assembly drawings Ability to work in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Capabilities Frequently stand, bend, reach, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive assembly tasks Regular use of vision and hearing to inspect, assemble, and test products Ability to frequently work on ladders and maneuver in manufacturing workspaces Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to work safely in a manufacturing production environment Job Duties Read and interpret process plans, specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics Assemble, wire, and install electrical components and distribution equipment Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and component mounting Test completed assemblies using electrical test equipment to ensure quality and functionality Complete inspection records, manufacturing documentation, and quality checklists Record design modifications and deviations from original specifications Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety regulations Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
