Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire A manufacturing company in Stacy, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler / Solderer to support the assembly and production of custom electronic components and systems. This role is ideal for candidates with strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience or interest in electronics assembly and soldering. Key Responsibilities Assemble circuit boards and electronic systems using soldering, crimping, hardware, adhesives, and epoxies Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering using a soldering iron Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and verbal directions Inspect completed work to ensure quality and conformance to specifications Repair or replace components to correct defects Perform assembly work under magnification or microscope as required Follow

standards and safety procedures Work cooperatively with team members and maintain consistent attendance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Electronics assembly or soldering experience preferred (training available) IPC-A-610 or

J-STD-001
