Electronics Assembler /
Solderer Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30
PM Location:
Stacey, MN Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler / Solderer to join a growing production team. In this role, you will assemble, solder, test, and inspect electronic components and assemblies while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and experience working with small parts. Essential Responsibilities Assemble circuit boards and electronic systems using soldering irons, hand tools, crimping tools, and other assembly equipment. Install components, wiring, subassemblies, and hardware according to specifications. Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering on electronic assemblies. Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and verbal directions. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Adjust, repair, or replace defective components as needed. Work with adhesives, epoxies, and precision assembly tools when required. Perform assembly and inspection work under magnification or a microscope. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain regular attendance and work effectively within a team environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous electronic assembly, soldering, or small parts assembly experience preferred. IPC-A-610 or
J-STD-001
certification is a plus. Ability to use small hand tools and assembly equipment. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to read a ruler and perform basic computer functions. Experience inspecting products under a microscope is preferred. #NowHiring
