Job details Summary Spherion $16.00 per hour Temp to Perm 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_180398 Job details Start your journey as an Assembler where you will operate a variety of machines assembling parts and sub-assemblies. Our Assembly team is proud of their contributions supporting the assembly set up, adjustments, repair, maintenance, and operation of assembly equipment. Cable Assembly and Soldering.

throughout Guaranteed Wage Progression Program, starting at 6 months once converted to company payroll Employee recognition programs Frequent employee Food parties, employee recognition celebrations, company picnics and more! Hourly positions are paid weekly This is a Temp-to-Perm position. Once converted to company Payroll, eligible for an outstanding, complete benefit package.
Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of machines in accordance with established product, safety and quality standards. Cable Assembly and Soldering. Construct electro-mechanical assemblies for multiple product types. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble products. Learn all assembly job functions within the facility. Inspect parts for defects.
Working hours:
5:30 AM - 4:00
PM Skills:
J standard Solder certified preferred but not required Previous experience assembling small parts
Education:
High School Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Attention to detail Entry level!
