Requirements for the Electronics Assembler High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, assembly, production, or electronics experience is helpful but not required Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed, repetitive tasks Basic ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Electronics Assembler Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards Match, fit, and secure small parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools Perform functional and electrical testing using specialized equipment Read and interpret diagrams, assembly instructions, and production documents Identify and report quality concerns or assembly defects Complete production records accurately Cross-train in additional assembly areas as skills develop Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Pay, Schedule & Benefits Starting pay of $17.10 per hour Additional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Incentive for eligible employees, allowing earnings up to $18.10 per hour
