The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical wiring and assembly, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. This role involves fabricating and assembling electrical components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical components according to specifications and drawings. Utilize power tools and hand tools to fabricate parts and complete assemblies. Perform soldering tasks, including surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of completed work. Skills Proficiency in electrical wiring techniques and practices. Experience with power tools and hand tools used in assembly processes. Strong mechanical knowledge, including machining skills. Ability to fabricate components as per design specifications. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality. Competence in soldering techniques, particularly for SMT and PCB applications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
