Requirements for the Component AssemblerAbility to learn to read and interpret work instructions and drawings within 90 days of hireAbility to learn to use basic powered and non-powered hand tools within 90 days of hireAbility to match part numbers from drawings and job orders to parts bins and Kan Ban labelsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to maintain tight tolerances and follow work instructions accuratelyWillingness to work in other production areas as business needs requireReliable attendance and punctualityMust be willing to submit to required pre-employment screeningsComponent Assembler ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical components, including valves and personal protective equipment such as helmets, hoses, and air canistersUse powered and non-powered hand tools and powered vises to complete assembly tasksPrepare tools and surfaces used for commercial-grade finishes while following safety proceduresInspect completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and leaks; perform adjustments or minor repairs as neededMaintain continuous visual and mental focus to ensure product specifications and tolerances are metParticipate in LEAN manufacturing activities, including PDCA, A-3, and Root Cause Analysis initiativesSupport continuous improvement and quality enhancement effortsAttend training sessions and seminars to maintain and improve skillsAssist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Pay, Schedule, and Work EnvironmentPay:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
