Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Electrical Assembler and become a vital contributor to the creation of high-quality electronic assemblies. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing complex electrical components and systems, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will help drive innovation and efficiency in our production processes, supporting the development of cutting-edge products. Duties Assemble electrical wiring harnesses and components according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following IPC 610 standards Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to accurately modify and assemble parts Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure precise connections Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to verify circuit integrity Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all assembly processes Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly procedures Requirements Proven experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment effectively Familiarity with electrical wiring practices, schematics interpretation, and electrical testing methods Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration within electronic systems is a plus Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies Experience working with electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and terminal blocks Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks Prior experience in manufacturing environments involving soldering, wiring, or electronic assembly is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to innovative electronic solutions!
