What You'll Do Assemble and wire control panels to meet customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Verify components against Bills of Materials (BOMs) Mount and populate panels and enclosures accurately Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Track production time and materials used Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when needed Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements What You Bring Experience with hand and power tools Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Good communication skills and a team-first mindset Self-motivation and ability to work independently
