In this role, you will be responsible for wiring and installing electrical systems, as well as ensuring quality in the electrical components of our air handling units.

Your Responsibilities:

Electrical Panel Assembly:

Build and wire electrical panels for HVAC units, ensuring all components meet design specifications

Conduit Installation:

Install conduit and pull wires for lighting circuits and motor power circuits, following safety protocols

Device Installation:

Install disconnects, variable frequency drives (VFDs) and other electrical devices

Blueprint Reading:

Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide layout, fabrication and wiring

Measurement:

Use measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, including converting fractions to decimals, to ensure precision

Tool Use:

Operate air and electric hand tools efficiently to complete tasks effectively

Physical Labour:

Work from heights, lift and carry heavy items and maintain a quick, steady pace throughout the shift

Independent Work:

Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal communication skills

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and maintain knowledge of ETL and NEC standards
