As a Transformer Electrical Assembler, you willbe responsible for carrying out the assembly of the instrument controls panelof the transformer including the necessary connections. This position isdesigned for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and qualitycompliance. As you progress in your job role, you would be able to support us ingrowing the department by assisting in the training and development of newhires in the organization.
  • HowYou'll Make an Impact
  • + Assembles transformer instrument control panels,performs necessary connections, and handles programming and calibrationfor operational readiness + Conducts quality inspections and documents theprocess to ensure compliance with technical standards + Assists in developing and maintaining technicalinstructions for instrument control assembly and connection procedures + Training andmentoring of new hires into department.
+ Planning andreviewing the tasks to be carried out according to pre-establishedproduction plan and manufacturing standards. + Responsible tofulfill and/or to support to fulfill all protocols, policies, guidelines,and competences coming from all current system [EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.].
  • WhatYou Bring
  • + High school degree or equivalent with relevant technicaltraining/experience.
+ At least 1 years of experience in instrument controlsconnection and assembly. + Ability to use math, read and interpret complex drawings. + Applicant must be able to obtain Keys certification test onreading and writing and Blueprint reading test offered by local communitycolleges. + Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain certificationfor working in heights + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Other Key Requirements:
  • + Successful applicants must be able to pass standardhearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests.
+ Must also be ableto read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructionsin English. + Must be authorized to work in the US without need for sponsorship + Must bewilling to relocate temporarily to Mexico, Brazil or Germany for on-the-jobtraining for a period of 3 months based on the proficiency in the area oftraining. Appropriate relocation support and compensation will be provided.
