Full Job Description Electronic Assembler Location:

Charlotte, NC 28216

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$16

DOE Job Type:

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling electronic products accurately and efficiently while following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and products according to detailed work instructions. Use hand tools, fixtures, equipment, and production materials properly. Inspect finished work for defects, missing components, or assembly errors. Follow ESD procedures when handling sensitive electronic components. Verify materials and components and report shortages or quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet production and quality standards while maintaining a consistent pace. Cross-train and work at multiple assembly stations as needed. Communicate any material, equipment, or process concerns to the Production Lead. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred, but not required . Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills preferred. Preferred Experience Electronics manufacturing or assembly. Experience with hand tools or small components. Experience working with ESD-sensitive products. Barcode scanners, production tracking, or ERP/MRP systems.
