This hands-on role involves assembling copper and aluminum busbars used to distribute electrical power within switchgear and control panels. No electrical license is required. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following blueprints, and building quality products. Responsibilities Assemble copper and aluminum busbars used to carry electrical power inside panels and switchgear Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, layouts, and work instructions Use hand and power tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and measuring devices Measure, align, and install components accurately according to specifications Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Why Join Us?
