Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties Assemble electromechanical components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly processes Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to assemble circuit boards and electrical panels Build electrical panels by following wiring diagrams, ensuring proper electrical connections and adherence to safety standards Conduct troubleshooting and engineering diagnostics on electro-mechanical components using multimeters such as ohmmeters and other testing devices Perform mechanical assembly tasks including machining, fitting parts, and securing components with fasteners Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, inspections, and testing results in compliance with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with soldering techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks Knowledge of electrical panel building, wiring methods, and schematic interpretation Experience with IPC 610 standards for electronic component assembly is highly desirable Strong mechanical skills including machining or mechanical assembly experience is a plus Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical components using diagnostic tools such as multimeters or oscilloscopes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in manufacturing environments Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams and follow blueprint specifications Join us as an Electromechanical Assembler where your technical expertise fuels innovation!
