Job Description

Currently seeking skilled and experienced individuals who possess experience and knowledge of electronics assembly, manufacturing and product packaging. Responsibilities of this position will include hand assembly of circuit boards and working with small parts. This is a fast paced environment where accuracy is very important. Candidates must have good hand/eye coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
~ Soldering, de-soldering, surface mount, through hole circuit board assembly, and spray coating assemblies ~ Cable and wire harness assembly ~ Light mechanical assembly ~ Basic testing of assemblies ~ Keeping area neat and organized ~ Performing other duties as required ~ Packaging and Preparing Product Shipments ~ Receiving and Organizing Incoming Inventory/ Maintaining Inventory Room Qualified applicants must possess the following skills to be considered: ~ High School diploma or equivalent ~ 1-2 years assembly experience in an electronics manufacturing environment ~ Certification in soldering, preferred ~ Experience in surface mount technology, preferred ~ Knowledge of electronic components identification ~ Excellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracy are essential
Mental Demands:
~ Must be able to function well in a team or group environment ~ Must be able to communicate well ~ Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties ~ Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings ~ Must be able to comprehend and perform duties in accordance with rules and regulations stated by supervisor
Physical Demands:
~ Must be able to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones ~ Eye protection required in manufacturing area ESD protection required in manufacturing area
Hours of Operation:
7:00 a.m. - 4: 00 p.m.(No Weekends)
Salary:
$9 - $14 per hr (Depending on Experience; Bi-weekly pay). Applicants Must Submit Resumes. Candidates who meet the listed criteria will be contacted for an interview.
