We are hiring an Electrical Technician to join our fabrication and assembly team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in control panel building, machine wiring, and electrical troubleshooting. You'll work hands-on with a variety of electrical components and systems in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and wire control panels from electrical schematics and layout drawings Wire custom machinery per project specifications and NEC codes Perform I/O checks, continuity tests, and assist in system debugging Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials Document work and communicate discrepancies or changes to engineering Support occasional onsite installations and commissioning Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with
UL 508A, NFPA
79, and NEC standards
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in control panel or industrial electrical work Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and sensors Skilled in use of hand and power tools for wiring and assembly Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UL 508A panel building Familiarity with automation systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Field service or machine start-up experience
