About the Role As an Industrial Electrical Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex electrical systems. You will leverage your expertise in circuit analysis and mechanical assembly to build, test, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards before deployment. Responsibilities Construct, wire, and maintain sophisticated electrical apparatus and control panels based on technical blueprints. Execute comprehensive diagnostic testing on energized and de-energized systems to identify and resolve performance deficiencies. Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical fabrication to optimize equipment longevity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements and process enhancements. Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring all electrical assemblies comply with industry codes and safety protocols. Document testing outcomes and corrective actions to ensure full traceability and product integrity. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and circuit diagrams. Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting 120/208/240/480 voltage systems. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high workmanship standards. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of industrial electronic control systems. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team environments. Strong analytical problem-solving skills applied to electrical hardware. Experience with mechanical assembly and hand tool operation.
