Position Overview This role in manufacturing focuses on assembling complete mechanical and electrical systems according to precise specifications, ensuring that every component meets strict quality and performance standards in a collaborative production environment. Core Responsibilities Assemble structural frames, electrical wiring harnesses, and power distribution components following detailed engineering instructions and diagrams. Use drills, impact tools, grinders, and precision hand tools while consulting blueprints, wiring schematics, and work orders. Connect color-coded conductors and verify completed assemblies against provided documentation for accuracy in dimensions and functionality. Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections to confirm product conformity and promptly report any deviations. Actively participate in maintaining a 5S workplace organization, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and collaborating with other departments on design or production challenges. Position Requirements Preferably 1-3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly; ability to read and interpret technical drawings and utilize precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical skills, proficiency with tools, and dedication to quality are essential. High-school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Certification for forklift and overhead crane operation (training will be provided) is required.
