Job Description

Assemble product components using hand tools, crimping equipment, measuring tools, and documented production instructions. Job Requirements Experience with production or assembly-line work. Ability to read drawings, travelers, and bills of materials. Experience using measuring tools. Experience using crimping tools and wire stripping machines. Experience with hand crimping. Experience with spot-tie lacing. Experience applying heat-shrink sleeving and boots. Ability to perform basic product quality checks. Ability to use required personal protective equipment. Preferred Skills Experience with cable, wire harness, or electrical assembly. Experience working with production travelers and manufacturing documentation. Experience performing in-process inspection. Experience identifying product discrepancies and equipment issues. Job Responsibilities Assemble assigned product components according to production instructions and drawings. Read and follow travelers, bills of materials, and applicable manufacturing documentation. Use measuring tools, crimp tools, and wire stripping machines. Perform hand crimping operations. Perform spot-tie lacing. Apply heat-shrink sleeving and boots. Perform spot checks to verify compliance with quality requirements. Identify and report product discrepancies. Identify and report equipment malfunctions. Follow established safety procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
