Role Overview We are seeking an Electrical Assembler for a position based in Hudson, NH 03051. This role offers a pay range of $23 to $25 per hour for a duration of 12 months or longer. Candidates must be available for either the first shift, running Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or the second shift, which typically operates Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for the manual and power-tool assembly of various electrical and mechanical parts by interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.

Your duties include:

Utilize electronic work instructions on tablets or kiosks to ensure every build meets precise specifications. Manage inventory and material flow by using handheld scanners and ERP software like SAP to record serial numbers and request stock. Contribute to a high-functioning production environment by upholding 5S standards to keep your workstation tidy and safe. Ensure project integrity by maintaining accurate digital and physical records, including quality approvals and labor time logs. Required Qualifications Demonstrate physical capability by lifting 30 pounds solo or up to 70 pounds with team assistance. Maintain productivity while standing for long durations throughout the shift. Hold active J-STD and IPC soldering credentials or demonstrate the aptitude to earn these certifications after joining the team. Foster effective team dynamics through clear verbal and written communication with colleagues and leadership. Apply fundamental computer literacy to navigate internal manufacturing platforms and standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
