Our client is looking for a Production Assembler. This company, known for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team in Lebanon, NH. As a Production Assembler, you will play a vital role in both mechanical and electronic assembly, supporting the production process to ensure high-quality outputs. You'll be responsible for interpreting blueprints, following safety protocols, and working collaboratively to improve manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be reading and understanding work instructions, operating measurement devices, and adhering to safety policies while handling materials and parts with precision. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent hand-eye coordination, and good math skills to succeed in assembling components accurately and efficiently. The ability to troubleshoot issues, communicate professionally, and work as part of a team is essential.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. The typical shift is 6:25 AM to 3:55 PM, with alternate Fridays from 6:25 AM to 2:55 PM. Additional Information Help for Additional Information.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance history
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, safety rules, and work instructions
  • Good math skills and experience with measuring devices
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasional lifting over 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills and team collaboration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to federal contract obligations)
