The position is on first shift 7-3:30pm Monday through Friday. This opening is not a soldering position. Key Skills & Responsibilities Assembly Tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Perform mechanical assembly / electrical assembly Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drills, torque wrenches, Fit, align, and secure components according to specifications Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Production / Quality Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain production efficiency Perform quality checks, testing, or visual inspections Record production data or defects Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Safety & Environment Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized workstation Comply with
ISO / OSHA
