Objective:

Must have stereo microscope experience. Laser welder experience helpful. Assemble various product as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Bilingual Helpful. Precision assembly of small components using a microscope Mount, fasten, and adjust mechanical sub-assemblies into larger assemblies Work from checklists, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, schedules, standard practices, and procedures Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, heat gun, exacto Ability to assemble basic assemblies Completes required paper work such as Quality document, inspection, etc. Quality inspection experience helpful. Confers with Supervision, area leaders, maintenance or others to resolve -laser welding or assembly issues. Maintains acceptable levels of production according to established standards. Practices good housekeeping and safety procedures and adheres to all company policies. Perform all other duties assigned
