Job Description

Job Title:
Assembler We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products ranging from electrical cords to mobile generator systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with point-to-point wiring, be comfortable using hand tools, and take pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities Perform point-to-point wiring to ensure precise and reliable electrical connections. Assemble components and products using hand tools such as screwdrivers, tape measures, wire strippers, and utility knives. Follow assembly instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and functionality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with the Assembly Supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals. Identify and report any quality or production issues promptly. Required Skills Experience with point-to-point wiring. Proficiency using hand tools, including: Screwdrivers Tape measures Wire strippers Utility knives Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience. Willingness to learn new assembly techniques and processes. Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, efficiency, and quality. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
