$34.50-$37.50/hour Responsibilities Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly of printed circuit boards, harnesses, and subassemblies per IPC and

workmanship standards. Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes to assemble and inspect components. Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately. Conduct visual inspection of solder joints and component placement to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all ESD and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly.

IPC-A-610

certification or equivalent training preferred. Current

J-STD-001

solder certification required. Ability to work with small components and fine pitch soldering under a microscope. Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and manual dexterity. Experience in an aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environment is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Budd Lake, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
