This position is responsible for wiring, terminating, and testing electrical components in accordance with engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in industrial electrical assembly, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of material, and engineering drawings. Install, route, bundle, and terminate control wiring and power wiring within electrical assemblies. Wire electrical components including breakers, relays, contactors, meters, transformers, terminal blocks, PLCs, and control devices. Perform point-to-point wiring and verify proper circuit connections. Assemble and wire switchboards, switchgear, control panels, and related electrical equipment. Conduct continuity checks, insulation testing, and functional verification of completed assemblies. Troubleshoot wiring discrepancies and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve issues. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with UL standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements. Maintain accurate production records and document any modifications or corrections. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase quality, efficiency, and safety. Assist with final inspections, testing, and equipment startup activities as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. 2+ years of experience wiring industrial electrical equipment, switchboards, switchgear, control panels, or similar products. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of electrical components, wire sizing, control circuits, and power distribution systems. Experience using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, continuity testers, and insulation resistance testers. Ability to identify and resolve wiring and assembly issues independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Familiarity with
