Full-time, Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Assembler / Hand Solderer to join our growing manufacturing team in Commack. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical components and performing precise hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs). If you have a steady hand, great eyesight, and enjoy working in a focused, clean environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality through-hole and surface mount (SMT) hand soldering on electronic assemblies. Assemble small components, wires, and hardware using basic hand tools (tweezers, cutters, screwdrivers). Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Visually inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and IPC specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) workstation.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Prior experience in electronics assembly or hand soldering is highly preferred (experience with

IPC-A-610

standards is a major plus).

Skills:

manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope or magnifying lamp.

Traits:

Excellent attention to detail, patience, and a work ethic.

Language:

Ability to read and understand English work instructions.

Reliability:

Must have dependable transportation to the Commack area for the morning shift. What We Offer Competitive weekly pay ($18.00 - $19.00/hr).
