No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Assemble battery cells, modules, packs, and related components according to work instructions and production specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to identify defects, damage, or assembly issues. Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and established quality standards. Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage or contamination. Maintain accurate production records and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors. Meet established production targets while maintaining accuracy and product quality. Maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards. Follow all company safety procedures, including proper personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and battery-handling protocols. Work collaboratively with team members, quality personnel, and supervisors to support production goals.
