Electrical Assembler Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team, supporting the production of critical aircraft lighting and safety components used in commercial aviation. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy precision assembly work in a clean, quiet, and team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble, align, and secure electrical and mechanical components with a high level of precision Follow detailed work orders, schematics, and production drawings to ensure accurate builds Perform electrical assembly tasks including soldering and use of hand tools Handle small components requiring strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Maintain adherence to all safety standards, quality requirements, and production guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret schematics, work orders, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, including soldering and hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions High school diploma or GED required Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or bench assembly environment Additional Qualifications Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach Ability to collaborate in a structured manufacturing setting Why Join Our Team?
